It is very essential, especially in rural government schools, to refresh and enhance teachers' professional skills in order to increase pupil learning and thereby proportional to the school's development.
Teaching is a continuous activity rather than something that is accomplished once. It needs to be replenished and augmented with time as new and developed methods of learning and teaching are discovered.
